  1. Can I purchase from outside Australia?
    Yes, with Melissa Anne you can purchase anywhere in the world.
  2. Are batteries included with toys?
    Unfortunately we are un-able to provide batteries with toys as batteries can not be sent express post in accordance to postage regulations. Most of our products that need batteries take AA or AAA batteries which can be purchased at most major retail outlets.
  3. How do I get more information on a product?

  4. How do I get an exchange or refund?
     For health and hygiene reasons we do not accept returns unless the product is faulty in this case please contact info@melissaanne.com.au for more information.
  5. How much will it cost to deliver more order?
    FREE Shipping worldwide for orders $120 and over, $9.95 flat rate Australia wide, $14.95 flat rate International.
  6. How will you deliver my order?
    All orders will be delivered via EXPRESS POST
  7. Do you deliver to PO BOXES?
    YES, but to Australian PO BOXES ONLY.
  8. How long will it take to receive my order?
    All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of payment and sent out via EXPRESS POST. You should receive your order within 2 business days in Australia. International orders will take longer depending where you are. Please be aware packages will not be delivered on weekends and public holidays.
  9. Are all items kept in stock?
    Our inventory system ensures that all items are in stock 99% of the time, all items “out of stock” will be clearly marked on the site. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill an order, we will contact you within 24 hours to find a solution.
